Why can’t you ship videos to Texas?

Why am I not able to receive ‘HIRSUTE’ videos in my area (Buffalo, NY). I was browsing thru the videos you have advertised in your publication but am unable to order any as at the bottom it states not to be sold in my area. I have received other hirsute videos from other sources when I have ordered them. As a matter of fact one person I did order from has had the same last name as yours (no she doesn’t). You see I have been trying for many years to find & possible make contact with HAIRY WOMEN. I know you don’t give out any private information but if you think you know of any woman who would like to make contact with me you can give out my information to them.

Please explain why none of the videos are available in TX. Certainly we are a liberal enough state to receive such mail.

These are just a small sampling of the letters I get from my readers. First of all, WINTER PUBLISHING will not ship to certain states but most other video companies will. Why? Simple. Many states consider adult videos obscene, therefore my sending you videos is a violation of the obscenity laws. Buffalo, NY, Alexandria VA and a few other select cities do not allow adult videos into their communities. Other states, such as Florida, have certain communities that don’t allow adult videos to be sent in. Many times you don’t know which community will prosecute you until you are caught.

To be this very, very bluntly, YOUR HARD-ON IS NOT WORTH MY GOING TO JAIL. I sell videos to my readers ONLY as a courtesy. I don't make much money on video sales. I sell them because many people are unsure of other video companies and know that when you give your credit card number to me, I won’t buy new furniture with it. I won’t sell your name or address.

Think Texas is liberated? In certain cities it is illegal to sell adult toys!! This country is being overtaken by the morally outraged. I believe that as consenting adults I have the right to sell you videos of consenting adults making love, having sex or plain old fucking.
